With an inherited proud history of 125 years Rajapaksha Maha Vidyalaya stands unshakeably like a heavily branched out giant banyan tree. It really shelters the people but nothing it expects back except the betterment of the served people. Currently Madam Swarna De Silva is at the top management. The staff consists of 53 teachers and 6 non-academic members. About 1500 students aged between 6 to 19 years do their studies in the school from grade 1 to 13. Advanced level classes are conducted in arts and commerce streams. Each grade from grade 1 to 11 has three parallel classes. |
